Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers

  • Innerwear, accessories, or personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use

  • Size or color mismatch due to customer preference (please check size charts carefully)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear images or a short video of the product showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Replacement depends on product availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Singh Fashion Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed

  • For all other approved returns, shipping costs must be borne by the customer

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted

  • Decision of Singh Fashion Store will be final and binding

  • Abuse of return policy may result in account restriction
